Thank you for sharing this Snowden. You know I was born and raseid in Jamaica, then I lived in New York for several years. You know the Internet and social media in particular I find really has removed a lot of the boundaries with doing business globally. This is especially true with digital product and service offerings and even with selling physical products with the help of fulfillment companies. So I am all in favor of doing business globally. Why limit ourselves?

I just stumbled across this and, Wii Fit will help you work up a sweat, but it’s not as smooth and fun a workout as you’d probably like, it takes the whole concept of games as exercise to a new level with the inclusion of a balance board peripheral that can tell you on the fly exactly how well–or how poorly–you’re doing with its various activities. As such, Nintendo is heavily marketing this innovative title as a mixture of fitness and fun, and for the most part it works. It’s a good alternative for those bored with the repetitiveness of going to a gym or too self-conscious to join a yoga or aerobics class.
